Initial cleanings involve your home being cleaned from top to bottom, in which our cleaning team works through an extensive list to ensure your home has never looked so good. Initial cleanings are charged by the hour, after which we offer a discounted rate on a regular services.

Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning: You packed the dishes, de-cluttered the garage, hired the movers and signed the papers. Now what? Maid at the Beach will take the cleaning and scrubbing off your plate! We clean according to a move-in/out checklist. We include the fridge, oven, cupboards/drawers, closets, and other reachable square footage. Move-In/Out cleanings are charged by the hour.
Occasional Cleaning: Hosting a party or event? Need an especially deep clean of your home or commercial space? Maid at the Beach is available for all occasional cleaning services.
